Know what a supplier price change does to your margin before you reprice.

Falconic reads supplier price-increase notices, matches every line to your item master, computes the margin impact and recommends a reprice. Write-back to your ERP comes only after you have approved it.

Who it is for

Distributors and small manufacturers running Prophet 21, NetSuite or Acumatica, in the United States first. The person who opens the supplier letter and has to decide, item by item, what to do.

What it does

  • Extracts items, old and new prices, effective dates and terms from supplier notices (PDF, email, spreadsheet).
  • Matches each line to your item master, flagging uncertain matches for review.
  • Computes margin impact per item and per customer, on your actual cost and sell data.
  • Recommends a reprice with the reasoning shown, and records who approved it.
  • Exports to your ERP format; write-back with approval is a later release.

How it is built

The same way we build for enterprises: a boundary (read-only until you approve write-back), acceptance tests on real supplier letters before any release, and every recommendation traceable to the line it came from. The product's own evaluation suite is published on Benchmarks when it exists.
