Careers
Build systems that have to be right.
Chainfore engineers AI workflows that act inside enterprise systems, where a wrong action has a cost. The work rewards people who want their output tested, who write down what they did and why, and who would rather ship one dependable thing than three demonstrations.
How we work
- Every engagement has a named technical lead and delivery lead. You will know who is accountable, and often it will be you.
- Acceptance criteria are agreed before the build. You will know what done means.
- We verify the system of record, not the agent's report. You will write tests that most teams skip.
- We publish our research with its limits. You can put your name on it.
- Delivery is from Lahore, with a defined overlap window for each client. Working hours are set per engagement and written down.
What we look for
Engineers who have run something in production and been paged for it. People who can explain a failure without blaming the model. Clear writers.

How we hire
| Stage | What happens | Exit criterion |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Application | CV, a short note on the most reliable system you have shipped, links | Reviewed and answered; every applicant gets a reply |
| 2 Technical conversation | 45 minutes with the lead of the unit, on your own past work | Both sides want to continue |
| 3 Practical exercise | A bounded task close to real work, paid at a stated rate, done in your own time within a week | Your work passes the acceptance criteria we send with it |
| 4 Review | You walk the team through your exercise; we walk you through how we would have reviewed it on an engagement | Team agrees; you have asked everything you want to |
| 5 Offer | Written offer with role, unit, reporting line, pay, hours and overlap window | Signed |
We tell every candidate where they stand at every stage. We do not run unpaid take-home tests.
