A weighted comparison of AI agent suppliers on a hidden test set: outcome, control and recovery, integration, economics, accountability.

## Example

Starting weights: correct business outcome 30%, control and recoverability 25%, integration and maintainability 20%, operating economics 15%, accountability and transferability 10%. Weights are agreed with the buyer.
