## Data processing

Where Chainfore processes personal data on behalf of a client, it does so under a written data processing agreement that states the purpose, the categories of data, the location of processing, the approved sub-processors, the security measures and the deletion terms.

Our six control layers for deployment, operator access, development data, training and retention, contracting and restricted work are described on the Security and data page and are agreed in each contract.
